Terrace teens ald victory in volleyball \ They didn’t. see . too much action, but Lisa Dams and Michelle Hen- dry of Terrace contributed to the B.C. team’s gold- medal victory in the special invitational and in- ternational Juvenile Girl’s Volleyball Tournament held at Edmonton on the May 23 weekend. 7 The Grade 11 players from Caledonia High School helped B.C. win all five of their round-robin matches, then take the championship with an 11-15, 15-3, 15-8 victory over host Alberta in the final. They played four mat- ches on opening day. They opened witha 15-4, 15-10 win over South Saskat- chewan, and then beat Idaho 15-2, 15-6. In game three, the B.C. ladies downed North Saskat- chewan 16-14, 15-5. They finished off the day by beating Alberta 15-11, 15-5.
