The sum of Two Thousand and Sixty-three Dollars and Seventy-five Cents ($2,063.75) including incidental legal fees is hereby appropriated from the Tax- Sale Properties Reserve Fund of the City for the purpose of purchasing Lot Twenty-five (25), Block Twenty~four (24), of Let Two flundzed and Fifty-five (255), Group One (1), Plan 2085, New Westminster District from David A. Schofield of P.0. Box 1420, Hope, in the Province of British Columbis, and such purchase is hereby authorized accordingly. . 4, Tha sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Tax-sale Properties Reserve Fund of the City for the purpose of granting aid to the Port Coquitlam Senior Citizens Housing Society to assist the said Society in constructing Senior Citizens Housing Unita in rhe City; and a grant- in-aid of such amount is hereby authorized accordingly. The Mayor and the City Clerk or City Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute such deeds, plans, cheques, or other documents as may bea necessary for the purposes aforesaid. 5.
