The “following. actions were taken by the Association on the City's resolutions: | “dd. Installment Collection of Taxes ~ this resolution was endorsed and “will be forwarded to the U.B.C.M.: 2. , Fair Taxation- of Mobile Homes — this resolution was amended to add the three words “on market value" to the end of the resolution and was then ‘endorsed and will be forwarded to the U.B.C.M. 3. . Raising of Maximum Fine ~ Curfew - this resolution was endorsed and 7 will be forwarded to the U-B.C.M. 4c - Firearm Legislation ~ this ‘resolution was referred to the L.M.M.A, Executive and. legal advisors for re-wording and submittal to the U. B. C.M. 5. a Income Tax Deductions — Property Taxes ~ this resolution was not endorsed. Despite the non-endorsement by the L.M.M.A. the Council still has -the option of forwarding this resolution directly to the U.B.C.M. and we would ask whether the Council wishes to exercise this alternative.
