May 16th, 1977 From Alderman P.F. Ranger, May 5th, 1977, pointing out that traffic at the Cape Horn interchange, in the vicinity of the developing Mayfair Industrial Park, is presently congested, hazardous and dangerous, and stating his view that as the project had to be condoned and approved by the Provincial Highways Department, there must be a plan for improvements to accommodacre the large volume of heavy traffic that will be generated therefrom.
