WHEREAS by By-law No. 1222 of Tne Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam cited as the “Kennedy Street District Lot 479 Read Closure By-law,
1972, Yo. 1222", a certain portion of Kennedy Street therein described Located
in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Prevince ef Brizish Columbia was stopped

ap and closed to traffic:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the: Mayor and City Clerk of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized te petition the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia prayizg on
behalf of the City for abandonment of che said portion of Kennedy Street
described in By-law No. 1222 and the vesting of the title to the land comprising

the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. ' Garried."
