Rezoning Application 25/85 - 1864 Harbour Road.

That City Council direct the Clerk's office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning the south half of Lot 4, D.L. 232 of Plan 6269 from RS=2 Single
Family to C-3 Tourist Commercial;

That the following condition be met before extending first reading
to the rezoning bylaw:

~ an agreement being made among owners regarding highway access

imnrovements.

The Planning Committee recommend that the name "Wedgewood" be
