(6) REAR YARD: (a) For buildings not exceeding six storeys in height, a rear yard is required of not less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) in depth. (b) For buildings not exceeding six storeys in height side yards shal| be not less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) in depth. . (c) For buildings exceeding six storeys in height, a yard is required on each side of the building equa! to .3 of the building height. ln no.case shall the width of each side yard be less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) nor shall the total of both side yards be less than 40 percent of the total lot width. , HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS: The height of a building shal! not exceed 30 m (98.43 ft.).
