That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: The most northerly 0.4765 hectare (1.177 acres) of Rast. 297 feet of Lot "B", Block 10 Southeast 1/4 of section 6 Township 40 Plan 5345 EXCEPT part subdivided by Plan 25576 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from A-l (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1967, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coguitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Fast 297 feet of Lot "B", Block 10 Southeast 1/4 of section 6 Township 40 Plan 5345 EXCEPT part subdivided by Plan 25576 AND EXCEPT the most northerly 0.4765 hectare (1,177 avres) New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from A-l (Agricultural) to RS~2 (Small Lot Residential and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 22406" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
