That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of November lst, 1988 a Voluntary Development Permit be
approved for Lot 10 of Section 7, lwp. 40, NWLD Pian 77115 relaxing the
requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 801, RS~1, Subsection
(7) Rear Yards from 7.5 metres to 5.4 metres to permit the construction
of a deck at the rear of the house.
