Building Department: A Building Bylaw review will be done at the time of the building permit application. Fire Department, Parks and Recreation and R.C.M.P.: No comments. DISCUSSION: Lot B of the proposed subdivision is shown to be deficient in lot depth by 3 meters, a Development Variance Permit is therefore being requested to relax the minimum lot depth for this lot. The Official Community Plan states that "infill subdivision and development of small pockets of vacant land in built up areas will be encouraged", therefore support for this application is appropriate. However, the alignment given for the new road will have implications for the future subdivisicn of the balance of the block. Prior to introauction of a Zoning amendment bylaw the applicant should attempt to reach a consensus as to this alignment involving ali affected neighboura. (The Municipality is one of the property owners in this area). P„anner, Director of Planning DV/klr ID606-9/10
