NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, May 31st,
1976, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1446:

To rezone z portion of Lot 152, North-west Quarter Section 6,
Township 40, Plan 46259, from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban

Residential) to RS—1 (One~Family Residential), in order that

the entire Lot 152 will then possess the Zone Designation of

RS-1 (One-Family Residential).

This property is located on the North side of Prairie Avenue

between Regina Street and Newberry Street and it is expected

that approximately 15 residential lots will be created follow-
ing completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of
the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pen. ~ on working days - from Thursday, May
20th to Monday, May 3lst, 1976.

Ail persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
