_COUNC THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF pot} NoduerIX¢6 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BY-LAW The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, May 31st, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": By-law No. 1446: To rezone z portion of Lot 152, North-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 46259, from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS—1 (One~Family Residential), in order that the entire Lot 152 will then possess the Zone Designation of RS-1 (One-Family Residential). This property is located on the North side of Prairie Avenue between Regina Street and Newberry Street and it is expected that approximately 15 residential lots will be created follow- ing completion of the rezoning procedures.
