A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

"1969, No. 918".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Subsection (1) of Section 202A of the "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1970, No. 1012" is amended

by inserting the following therein as Section (aa):

“(aa) Lot 4, District Lots 231, 255, and 384, Group One, Plan 11613,

New Westminster District."
2. (CO This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1499".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Thirty-first day

January, 1977.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Thirty-first day

January, 1977.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Thirty-first day

January, 1977.

Public Hearing not required to be held pursuant to Section 702A(2)

the Municipal Act.

Received the approval of the Minister of Municipal Affairs
