The applicant of this rezoning application is also the developer of the subdivision on the south side of Huber which Council has already dealt with. If the rezoning is approved, 8 single family lots of RS-1 zoning and one duplex lot of RIT-1 zoning will be created. Other background information contained in the report on R#15-78 is also applicable in this case. The Planning and Zoning Committee recommends that the rezoning application be advanced to Public Hearing after the adoption of the new mast Zoning By-law by Council and that agree~ ment from the applicant to comply with all engineering requirements be first obtained prior to the Public Hearing.
