Construction Details

As the design progresses, the scope of detailing required
for such items as benches, sidewalk refuse containers,

planters, etc., will be better defined. At that time, a
fee can be established for the work, or work can be done

on an hourly basis.

Supervision
It is standard practice to charge supervision at an hourly
rate. However, in order to assist the owner in budgeting,
we will be happy to provide an estimate of the probable fee
for the service once the complete scope of the landscape
contract is known and the contractor selected.

The hourly charge-out rates for the firm are as follows:-

Principal Landscape Architect . $49.00
Staff Level Three .......2--6. . $30.00
Staff Level Two .. $20.00
Secretarial ...... $17.50

Disbursements for such items as film and photofinishing, photo-:
copies printing and courier services, will be charged to the job
