A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651!.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those Certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquittam, British Columbia which
iS more particularty described as:

Lot 201
District Lot 479
Group One
Plan 33220
New westminster District
is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) to kM-4 (Multiple Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Gity of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
