At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Kion
Developments Ltd. dated the 7th of November, 1988, BE IT RESOLVED that
the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed
or to be installed by the said Kion Developments Ltd. in connection with
the development of the lands described as:

Let 4, District Lot 479, Group One,
Plan 18094, New Westminster District

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands
and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shail
constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal. Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby
approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the
same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.”

Charge Waiver Agreement for Portion of Lot 9, Plan 68514.

Enterprises Inc. dated the 15th of November, 1988, BE IT RESOLVED that
the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed
or to be installed by the said Imasco Enterprises Inc. in connection with
the development of the lands described as:

Portion of Lot 9, District Lots 232, 340, 341, and 344
Group One, Plan 68514, New Westminster District

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands
and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute "excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby
approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the
same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.”

That the City Clerk be requested to write the members of
Parliament who will be elected tonight for Mission/Coquitlam, and Port
Moody/Coquitlam requesting a meeting at the first opportunity to explore
and discuss Postal Service in Port Coquitlam.
