November 21, 1988/274 At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Kion Developments Ltd. dated the 7th of November, 1988, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the said Kion Developments Ltd. in connection with the development of the lands described as: Let 4, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 18094, New Westminster District are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shail constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal.
