WHEREAS Mr. Frank Rayner of 383464 B.C. Ltd. has appealed to Council
from the decision of the Licence Inspector to refuse a business license for
the washing of equipment and storage by “Agri~Wash" at 807 Dominion Avenue;

AND WHEREAS the licence refusal was based on the inconsistency of the
proposed use of the land with the Agricultural Zone One (A~1) zoning of the
land;

AND WHEREAS Council has reviewed the applicable zoning and has considered
Mr. Rayner's representations to Council;

BE If RESOLVED that the appeal from the refusal of issuance of a business
licence to 383464 B.C. Ltd. for the “Agri-Wash" vehicle washing operation be
denied, as the proposed use is not permitted by the Agricultural zoning.

Carried.
