SITING OF USES

All permitted uses, other than accessory off-street parking and
accessory loading, shall be completely enclosed within a building.

FLOOR AREA RATIO

The maximum permitted floor area ratio {@ 1.0, provided that where
required off-street parking is located underground or within a
structure, the maximum floor area ratio shall be increased by the
proportion of the required parking so provided, multiplied by 0.6, to
a maximum floor area ratio of 1.6.
