application without the necessity for the completion of separate application
forms for 2ach business for which a licenge is sought.

(c) Notwithstending sub-section (1) and (2) the License inspector is
hercby authorized to modify the ferns praseribed or any of the edeinistra-
tive procedures prescribed and to require such eiditional information es =ay

the license is sought would be in violation of any provisfons of any of the

15. (a) Before a license shall be granted to a y person for the purpose of

carrying on, maintaining, awning or Operating within the City the buelness
of a sprayer or applicator of agricultural Pesticide or herbicide, such
person shall at hie own coat and expense obtain in an Insurance Coupany
uthorized aod Licensed to carry cn business and having an office in the
Province of British Columbia, and ina poifey of insurance acceptable to
end approved ia writing by the City, comprehensive general liabiiiry
Anaurance covering premises and Operations Liabittey, including coxpleted
Operations liability. the lizits of Mability shall be not les thaa the
