re: 1981] Bantam National Lacrosse Tournament

- Please see attached letter,

The Port Coquitlam Minor Lacrosse Association has won the bid to
host the above tournament. This wil} be the firse time that our
local association has hosted this tournament, The Committee would
like to recommend:

1. That the Port Coquitlam Minor Lacrosse Association be allowed
to host the 1981 Bantam National Lacrosse Tournament in both
érenas July 20th to July 27th, 198),

That rental charges for the tournament be waived.

That the use of tho Young Room, Mabbetr Room and concession
(as per policy) be made available to them free of charge,
