November 29th, 1982

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporetion of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City,
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on November 29th 1982 at
7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, G.R. Laking,
E.W. Mabbett, A.K. Muldoon, D.J. Vater, and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City

Treasurer J. Maitland; Director of Community Planning W. Brown, Fire Chief

W.S. Wingrove, and Recording Secretary D. Vyse.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw
to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" would now
be considered:

Bylaw No. 1921:

To repeal and re-enact Section 9 of the Zoning Bylaw in order that the
maximum penalty that may be imposed for a violation of the Zoning Bylaw may
be increased from $500.00 to $2,000.00 end to provide specific suthority for
the imposition of a term of imprisonment not to exceed six months should a

Court find it appropriate so to do.

No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the Following proposed Bylaw
to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" would now

be considered:
