A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act
Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the
Counci} Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, June 8th, 1987 at
7:30 pom.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.O.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.

Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, and
Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Trabouiay advised the following proposed Bylaw
would now be considered:

BL/01/87/06/08/01
Bylaw No. 2271:

To rezone the Lot 6, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 71672,New
Westminster District, from RS-i (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Smal!
Lot Residential).

The property is located at 3174 Rae Street and the rezoning would
permit the subdivision of the property.

No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing.

. To remove the designation of "Residential 2" shown on Schedule "B" of
the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to:

Proposed Lot 1 as shown on a Topographical Plan of a Portion of Block
NAN, District Lots 174 and 289, Group 1, Plan 5917, New Westminster
District, prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land
Surveyor, bearing Drawing Number C-3840-87 and dated February 23rd, 1987.

and to apply the designation "Apartment 1".

The property is located at 2352 Pitt River Road and would permit the
immediate residential development of the property.
