" 2» Shauld any of the amounts expropriated remain unexpended after the
expenditures hereby authorized have been made, the unexpended balance
shall be returned to the credit of the said Tax Sale Lands Reserve Fund.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Tax Sale Land Reserve
Fund City Hall Renovation and Addition Expenditure Bylaw, 1987, No.
2299."
