BY-LAW NO. 1288

A By~law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land.

By-law, 1970, No. 992". .
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Clause (a) of Section 401 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision
of Land By~law, 1970, No. 992" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam
Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992, Amendment By-law, 1973, No. 1228"
is amended dy deleting the Minimum Parcel Area of "5 acres" shown in the table
set forth therein as applying to the M-2 (Industrial) Zone and inserting the
word and figures "4.5 Acres" so as to provide a Minimum Parcel Area of 4.5
acres in the M-2-(Industrial) Zone.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992, Amendment By-law, 1973, No. 1288".
