September 24, 1974 Peter Erikson Gerry Vandergulik 1120 hilford Avenue COQUITLAM, B.C. Dear Sirs: 1510 Pitt River Road Port Coquitlam, B.C. We rezeived your letter of intent to bring the above-mentioned dwelling to a habitable condition. I have reviewed the situation with the loca] Health Inspector, and we are of the opinion that due to the condition of the dwelling, further occupancy sheuld bot be permitted. Due to structural conditions, the dwelling could have a reoccurrence of rodents. The plumbing stack terminates on the underside of the structure by a window, therefore further endangering the occupants. Most of the plumbing _beanches are in such a state that could cause sewer gas to enter the dwelling. Should problems reoccur upon further occupancy, this would present a problem of relocation of tenants. We hereby do not permit further occupancy and will be taking this to Council for an Order of Demolition, should you not demolish this building in a week. Youts truly, N. Chernoff Sentor Building Inspector
