Application to rezone properties on Broadway and Morgan
from RS-2 to M-3.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lots 5 ~ 8, Plan 2111

BACKGROUND:

The subject site is approximately 18,000 square feet in size

The propowsd rezoning is to allow the construction of a 7,400
square foot industrial building for Pacific Photon Products Ltd.
which is a manufacturer of lighting fixtures. The proposed use
is permitted in M-3 Zoning.

The subject site is located in an area designated in long range
land use plan for M-3 uses. The overall development meets the
standards and objective for our industrial area.

RECOMMENDATION:

The Planning and Zoning Committee recommends the rezoning
_application be forwarded to a Public Information Meeting.
