A special meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber,
Port Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, September 6th, 1983 at 4:30
poem.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J.
Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, D.J. Vater and M.R. Wright in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City
Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Ennineer F.E, Peters, P, Eng., Chief
Building tnspector N, Chernoff, Director of Community Planning Ww.
Brown, and Parks & Recreation Director K.J. Taylor.

Seconded by Alderman Keryluk:

That the minutes of the Regular Counci| Meeting held on
August 22nd; 1983 be taken as read and adopted.

2 Pitt River Road who then addressed the Counci | regarding an
engineering problem. - ;

That the engineering problem referred to by Mr. H. Ehrhardt,

2252 Pitt River Road be discussed by Counci! in Committee later
this evening.

That Bylaw No. 1992 be reconsidered, finally passed and
adopted. ,
