Extract from the minutes of a regular inceting of che Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on January lOth, 1972, ‘Moved Seconded WHEREAS by By-law No. 1016 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam cited as the "Plint-Manning District Lot 464 Road Closure By-law, 1970, No. 1016" passed on the twenty-first day of September, 1970 certain portions of street, avenue, and lane therein described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British Columbia were stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to petition the Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia praying on tshalf of the City for abandonment of the said portions of street, avenue, “and dane described in By-law No. 1016 and the vesting of the title to the land comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that following the abandonment and . Vesting of Title hereinbefore referred to that the Mayor and City Clerk be’ authorized to execute the necessary Deed to transfer title thereto from the City to the adjoining and contiguous owner at or for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00); . . . : AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to sign on behalf of the City and affix the Corporete Seal to that certain subdivision plan of a portion of District Lot 464, (roup One, New Westminste: District prepared by V.C. Goudal, B.C.L. S., and sworn correct by him on the Second vay of September, 1970 wherein Lots 73, 74, and 75 are created and a portion of Lot 12, Plan 1317 and a Portion of the South two acres of Lot 11, Sketch 1426A are dedicated aa Road.
