Harder, owner of the PoCo Cabana Teen Disco, September 19th, 1979 for permission to operate the Teen Disco on Sunday from 1:00 P-m. to 5:00 p.m. be approved; TMM AND THAT teens from the age of 13 to 18 years be allowed to attend together on Sundays. Alderman Wright asked for clarification of the age limit and Mr. Harder advised he would like to See the ages from 13 to 18 years being able to attend together on Sundays.
