A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651", DE’ 47 1984.

Tne Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquittam in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

Clause (bd) of subsection (1) of section 41 of the "City of.
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is. amended by
inserting, after paragraph (Ki), The following as
paragraph (xii):

"Cxii) Trade Schools! .,

Clause (a) of subsection i of section 42 of the Bylaw:
repealed and the following substituted:

"(a) Uses permitted in the General Industriat Zone (M~1)
with the exception of trade schools'."

This Byiaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bytaw, 1984, No. 2070".

Zoning Bylaw To permit the use of "traae schoo!s" in the M1
zone.

The above noted oylaw affects ail property in the City bearing
the zone designation M-1 ana the Council presently has an
application pefore it requesting permission to establish The

use of trade schoo! (dance studio) at 1971 McLean Avenue.
