SUBJECT: 1940 Yukon Ave., Port Coquitlam
Restrictive Covenant

RECOMMENDATION:

That council authorize the clerk and mayor to endorse the
restrictive covenat for 1940 Yukon Ave., Port Coquitlam.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS

This single family dwelling was framed with a hallway that is

38mm too narrow. To rectify the situation would require very exten~
sive structural modification to the building.

In order for. the building to receive a final inspection report:
all codé infractions must be resolved. The restrictive covenant
serves two purposes. First, to notify a prospective purchaser. that |
an infraction exists and second to resolve the code infraction
enabling the buildin ng file to be cleared up.
