BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS This single family dwelling was framed with a hallway that is 38mm too narrow. To rectify the situation would require very exten~ sive structural modification to the building. In order for. the building to receive a final inspection report: all codé infractions must be resolved. The restrictive covenant serves two purposes. First, to notify a prospective purchaser. that | an infraction exists and second to resolve the code infraction enabling the buildin ng file to be cleared up.
