Special Area 1 Commercial from $23,470.71 to $23,525. per hectare

That Development Cost Charges. for Drainage be adjusted as follows:

Malti Family Residential from $482 to $584 per unit
Commercial from $7,226 to $8,764 per hectare
Industrial from $7,226 to $8,764 per hectare

That Development Cost Charges for Sewers be adjusted as follows:
