Liquor License Application For 2614 Shaughnessy Street,
Considered At Public Hearing Earlier This Evening:

_ Following the Liquor License Application considered at a Public
Hearing held earlier this evening the following provision of the “Development
Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No- 2243" applies: . .

"90.. Following 4 Public Hearing, the Council shall:

(a) adopt a resolution stating whether or not Council considers that
| the residents are in favour of granting the licence; —
(b) instruct that further information be obtained; or .
(c) advise the applicant that unless a referendum is completed and -
the results considered by Council within 60 days, Council deems .
-that the residents are not in favour of granting the licence.” —

‘This action may be taken now or at a subsequent. Council meeting if

Council wish to further consider any representations made at the hearing.
