WHEREAS the City is the registered owner of the
Servient Lands defined herein;

AND WHEREAS Canfor requires and the City has agreed to
grant to Canfor its successors and assigns the Easement defined

herein;

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises, the sum
of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR receipt of which from Canfor is hereby
acknowledged by the City and other good and valuable
consideration the parties agree as follows:

1, The City grants to Canfor its successors and assigns
the right at all times to

(a) free ‘and uninterrupted use, by dav or by night, to

enter over, and on that portion of ALL AND
SINGULAR that certain parcel of land situate in
New Westminster, in the Province of British
Columbia, and more particularly known as:
