A By-law to stop up and close to tra

adjacent to Lot Ay Block 14, Plan 5117 and Lot 497, Pian 45917, all of District

- Lot 232, Group One, ew Westminster Jistrict and shown dedicated on Plan 1932,

in the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1b) of Section 513 of the “Municipal

Act", being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and

law stop up and close to

amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may by by-

traffic a portion or any portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam deems tt desirable and expedient that certain portions of

highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Coun
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. All that portion of McKenzie Avenue adjacent to Lot A, Block 14, Plan

5117 and Lot 497, Plan 45917, all of District Lot 232, Group One, New

Westminster District and shown dedicated on Plan 1932, which may be more

particularly described as follows:

ALL that portion of road dedicated on Plan 1932, situated adjacent

to Lot A, Block 14, Plan 5117 and Lot 497, Plan 45917, all of

District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District shown outlined

red on Plan prepared by v.C. Goudal, B.C.L.5.; and dated June 10th,

1974; a copy of which said plan is attached hereto;

is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic.

2. This Py-law may be cited for all purposes as the “Second McKenzie

Avenue Road Closure By-law, 1974, io. 1323".
