Re: Summer Meeting Schedule

Attached is the 1974 vacation schedule of the Council members and Senior Staff

members most concerned with Council meetings,

and below is a Council meeting schedule

that could be adopted that follows the usual practice of meeting every other week

during the months of July and August.

The only time a meeting would not be held for

two consecutive weeks would be the weeks of July 29th and August 5th and we hold the

possibility open of having a meeting on Tuesday, the 6th if required (August 5th being

a statutory holiday) :
