Councillor Keryluk provided a Motion dealing with the division of 66 foot iots in
predominantley 33’ foot lot areas. Mayor Traboulay suggested that this item be given as a
Notice of Motion.

His Worship, Mayor Traboulay, introduced Mr. Brian Craig, owner of 2551 Kitchener who
spoke regarding density and frc~:ages of the property as well as a request to add one lot to the
previously approved subdivision application.
