A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts a6 follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1l (Large Lot Residential) to RS~2 (Small
tot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2683".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of May, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of May, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 15th day of June, 1992.
