Coquitlam wi11 hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Nall, 2272 McAllister Avenuc, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday, July 3rd,
-1972 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-laws to amend the
“City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

1. By-law No. 1186: to rezone Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block J,

District lot 255, Group One, Plan 2106, New Westminster District,
from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One~Family
Residential).

this property is known as 1764 and 1770 Langan Avenue and it is
expected that two residential building lots will be created follow-
“ing completion of the rezoning procedures and the required consoli-
dation of the existing 33-foot lots to create two building sites.

By-law No, 1187: to rezone Lots 11 and 12, Block K, District Lot

255, Group One, Plan 2099, New Westminster District, from RS-2

(One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS=1 (One-Family Residential).

This property is known as 1824 Langan Avenue and it is expected
that one residential building lots will be created following com~
pletion of the rezoning procedures and the required consolidation
of the existing 35-foot lots to create a 70-foot lot.
