January 28th, 1977, the bus stop on Eastern Drive at Penny Place be a

relocated to the West side of the McLean Avenue-Pitt River Road intersection.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Mabbett
advised that the residents immediately adjacent to the bus stop presently
located on ~Eastern Drive at Penny Place have complained of students

throwing rocks and other litter on their property while waiting for the

bus. One of the residents concerned was in attendance and advised that

the students wait in his carport for the bus when the weather is inclement,
and that there has also been some incidents of vandalism to his property.
