A By-law to authorize the Construction of pavement - "Papert: 1930

storm sewer, and concrete curb and gutter; all of a "Local Strece™ const aust seny
standard on a-normal construction schedule; on Langan Avenue from the cast
boundary of Brown Street to the west boundary of Broadway Street, in the City of
Port Coquitlam as. a local improvement under the provisions ef Part XVI of the
“Municipal Act", as amended. .

WHEREAS on the Twenty-sixth day of February, 1980 the Council caused

the required Notice of Intention to be advertised and mailed to the owners liable

to be specially charged therefore;
. AND WHEREAS the advertising and mailing of such Notices has been
proved by Statutory Declaration of the City Clerk dated the Twenty-cigth day of

March, 1980.

AND WHEREAS o Petition against the construction of the work has not
been received and the time limit provided therefore has now expires;
AND WHEREAS the Council has had a report prepared pursuant to Section

601 of the said Municipal Act in which it has been concluded and recommended

that:
(a) the lifetime of the work will be Twenty (20) years;
(b) the estimated cost of the work is $111,050.00;
(ce) the share or proportion of the cost which will be specially

charged against the parcels benefiting from or abutting on

the work is $15.00 per taxable front-foot in accordance with
the provisions of the "Local Improvement Charge By-law, 1969,

No. 912".

AND WHEREAS the number of years for which the annual charge will be

imposed is Ten (10), in accordance with the provision of the "Local Improvement

Charge By-law, 1969, No. 912",
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:-

1. That pavement, 36' width, storm sewer, and conerete curb and gutter
all of o "Local Street" construction standard on a normal construction schedule;
be constructed on Langan Avenue from the east boundary of Brown Strect to the
west boundary of Brondway Street, in the City of Port Coquitlam as a local

improvement under the provisions of Part XVI of the “Municipal Act:, as amended,
