WHEREAS on the Twenty-sixth day of February, 1980 the Council caused the required Notice of Intention to be advertised and mailed to the owners liable ey to be specially charged therefore; . AND WHEREAS the advertising and mailing of such Notices has been proved by Statutory Declaration of the City Clerk dated the Twenty-cigth day of March, 1980. ee te Ah HNN AND WHEREAS o Petition against the construction of the work has not been received and the time limit provided therefore has now expires; AND WHEREAS the Council has had a report prepared pursuant to Section 601 of the said Municipal Act in which it has been concluded and recommended H t a i 4 i H { t ; j i that: (a) the lifetime of the work will be Twenty (20) years; (b) the estimated cost of the work is $111,050.00; (ce) the share or proportion of the cost which will be specially charged against the parcels benefiting from or abutting on the work is $15.00 per taxable front-foot in accordance with the provisions of the "Local Improvement Charge By-law, 1969, No. 912". AND WHEREAS the number of years for which the annual charge will be imposed is Ten (10), in accordance with the provision of the "Local Improvement Charge By-law, 1969, No. 912", THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:- TS tre cat ana 1.
