That with respect to the submission to the Electors of the “Holiday
Shopping Regulation By-law, 1980, No. 1780":
1. . _ Ronald Arthur Freeman, City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port -
Coquitlam, shall be the Returning Officer.
2. Polling Day shall be held from eight o'clock in the forenoon to eight
“'e'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, November 15th, 1980, at the following places:

3. A mobile poll ¢hall be established at the places and during the times

specified by the "Mobile Poll Establishment By-law, 1975, No. 1396"; namely, at some

. convenient location at the Senjor Citizens’ housing. facility known as “Dogwood Manor"... .
" located at 3155 Seymour Street, from 8 o'clock in the forenoon until 12 o'clock noon

“and at some convenient location in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111 Hawthorne Avenue, from

1 o'clock in the afternoon until 5 o'tcléck in the afternoon, on November 15th, 1980.

4. An advanced poll will be held at the place and during the time specified

by the "Advanced Poll By-law, 1969, No. 956"; namely, at the Port Coquitlam City Hall

from 8:30 o'clock tn the forenoon until 6 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday,
