January 12th, 1981.

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C on January 12th,
1981 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk,

Mabbett, A.K. Muldoon, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,

City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Paters, P. Eng., Assistant

City Engineer L. Melnechenko, P. Eng., City Planner L. Lee, City Treasurer
J.G.S. Maitland, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Deputy Fire Chief J.N. Botleau,
Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. D.L. Vyse.

His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking introduced members of the Girl Guides
Association who were present in the Chambers and welcomed them to the
meeting.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION:

His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking introduced Ms. Anne Mackie-Morelli to Civic
Recognition:
the meeting and Alderman Mabbett then presented her with a plaque from Ms. Anne
Mackie~Morelli

the City as civic recognition of her accomplishments in Track & Field.
