meeting assembled, enacts as follows: ,

as shown on a subdivision Plan of a portion of Lot 9, Plan 68514 and of a
portion of Lot A, Ptan 72467, District Lots 232, 340, 341, 344,:Group One,
New Westminster District Prepared by V.C. Goudal & Associates, British
Columbia Land Surveyors, dated the 10th day of September, 1986, and
bearing their file number C3560-86 £44; now zoned RM~3 (Multiple Family
Residential!)

are hereby rezoned to RS~1A (Single Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the
"City of Port Coquitlam" Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to
reflect this rezoning.

dated the 10th day of September, 1986, and bearing their fite number C3560-86

are hereby rezoned to RS-IA (Single Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the
"City of Part Coquit!am" Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to
reflect this rezoning.

A copy of the plan referred to tn Sections 1, 2 and 3 Ts attached to this bylaw
and made a part hereof.

This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as the "City of Port Caquittam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2209",
