That. certain parcel of lard situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which 13 more particularly described as: Lot 1 District Lot 479 Group One Plan 2006 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RI-1 (Two-Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
