BYLAW NO. 2653

Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1.

That. certain parcel of lard situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which 13 more particularly described as:

Lot 1

District Lot 479

Group One

Plan 2006

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RI-1 (Two-Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2658".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of April, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council 13th day of April, 1992,

Public Hearing held this 4th day of May, 1992.
