Extension of Shaughnessy Street - funded by the City: Shaughnessy Street will be extended beyond Stafford Avenue to provide a direct link between the Downtown and the Mary Hill Bypass. The Shaughnessy/Lougheed Highway Intersection - to be constructed by Intrawest in conjunction with development of its commercial property on the southwest comer. The improvements will inciude road widening, additional left turn lanes and additional traffic signals. The Ottawa/Lougheed Highway intersection - to be constructed by PCI in conjunction with development of its commercial and industrial properties in the Dominion Triangle. The project will create a signal-controlled intersection and provide direct access to Riverwood and the Dominion Triangle. The 1994/95 Public Works Capital Projects - the attached Figures 7 and 8 are complete lists of the public works projects proposed to be funded and constructed in 1994 and 1995. and their estimated costs.
