and why? The essay, along with school and contact information, must be submitted to the Terrace Standard office by
April 28, 2006. The local winner's submission will‘be’ forwarded to the B.C. & Yukon Community Newspapers: 7
Association for judging. There -will be three recipients: 1st place at $5000, 2nd . place. at $3500 © ‘ind :
