Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That as requested in a letter from the District of Coquitlam, July 29th, 1975, submitted with a report from the City Administrator, August 7th, 1975, Item No. 3 of the 1975 Appropriations for Capital Spending - Justice Building ~ to expand mesh screen on cell doors to a minimum of 3 feet at a cost of $1,000.00, be deleted, with the funds to be re-allocated to Item No. 4 thereof in order to extend the 8' chain link fencing provided for therein beyond the budget appropriation of $1,751.00. Appeal Bd.- tax adjust- from the City Collector, August 6th, 1975, advising that following the ment-Roll # 345515 1975 Court of Revision, a copy of the decision of the Appeal Board received from the Area Assessor with respect to Lots 3 & 4, Block 22, District Lot 464, Plan 2241, listed under Roll No. 545515, instructs that the land assessment thereon be reduced from $20,700. to $17,060. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That as set forth in a memorandum from the City Collector, August 6th, 1975, submitted with 3 report from the City Administrator, August 8th, 1975, the decision of the Appeal Board of the 1975 Assessment Court of Revision reducing the land assessment on Lots 3 & 4, Block 22, District Lot 464, Plan 2241, listed under Roll No. 545515, from $20,700. to $17,060. be authorized; AND THAT the adjustment of the Sross current tax levy from $2,107.49 to $1,743.50, necessitating a refund of $363.99 to the taxpayer, Donald M.
