The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
Monday, March 17th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed
by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1979, No.
1651".

Byrlaw No. 1740: to rezone Lot 48, District Lot 255, Group 1,

Plan 26264, New Westminster District, from RS-2 to RT-1.

This property is located st 1792 Morgan Avenue and it is expected
that a duplex dwalling will be constructed on the sald property
following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office

of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address givan above,

between the bours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. = on working days ~ from
March 6th to March 17th, 1980.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by
the proposed By-law shall be afforded an apportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
