March 17th, 1980.

From the City Administrator, March llth, 1980 regarding the proposed
development of City owned land east of Coast Meridian Road and south of
Victoria Drive and advising that a By-law will be prepared to abandon
the roads and consolidate the City owned land in preparation for future
subdivision.

From the City Clerk, March llth, 1980 regarding a Right-of-Way
Agreement with the owner of property located at 3515 Devon Road.

Seconded by Alderman Mabbett:

That the Right-of-Way Agreement between The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam and Roy Edwin Gregg and Margaret Ann Gregg wherein the
Right-of-Way is granted to the City over Lot 5 of Lot 2, Block "A" of
the NW 1/4, Section 5, Township 40, Plan 13282, New Westminster Districc,
as shown on a Plan filed in the New Westminster Land Title Office be and
the same is hereby approved;

THAT payment of the sum of $2,500.00 therefore to the Greggs be
approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the said Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal

thereto.

From the City Clerk, March 14th, 1980 regarding the Council Meeting
Schedule,

Seconded -Ey Alderman Mabbett:

That the regular meeting ef the Municipal Council of The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam return to the regular schedule of meeting
every Monday night with the exception of Statutory Holidays.

From the City Collecter, March 13th, 1980 advising of a Supplementary

Assessment Roll.

That the Supplementary Tax Roll revising the 1979 Land Assessment
valuation of three properties on the 1979 Assessment Roll resulting in a
net dacrease of $608.30 as advised by the City Collector, March 13th,

1980, be approved.
